Dosage/Instructions: Take 1 tablet 3 times per day: morning, midday and evening, 1/2 hour before meals, 8 oz of water with each serving. Do not exceed 3 tablets per day.
Warnings: Each serving of Trimspa Ultra contains 40mg of caffeine, equivalent to about 1/2 cup of coffee. Not for use by those under the age of 18. Check with your doctor before taking Trimspa Ultra or any dietary supplements.
