Dosage/Instructions: Apply Sculpt & Tone twice a day on the desired area. For best results, massage into the skin for 30 to 60 seconds, once in the morning and once in the early evening. After using Sculpt and Tone for 60 days apply once a day. This product can be used by both men and women.
