Propolene™ capsules consist of 100% natural fiber, named Propol®. Propolene™ contains Glucomannan/Propol®, which is a 100% natural fiber extracted from the Konjac Root.
Some studies have demonstrated that Glucomannan has some efficacy in the management of obesity. In an eight-week, double-blind study, 20 obese subjects received 1 gram of Glucomannan or placebo daily. Subjects were instructed not to change eating or exercise habits. Glucomannan-supplemented subjects had a significant mean weight loss of 5.5 pounds. Serum cholesterol and LDL cholesterol were significantly reduced, as well, in the treated group.

Dosage/Instructions: As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules of Propolene 30 minutes before meals up to two times per day with at least 8 oz of water.
Warnings: Taking Propolene without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take Propolene if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you are pregnant or lactating do not use Propolene. Keep Propolene out of the reach of children.
