Dosage/Instructions: One to two capsules one hour before a meal, with an 8 ounce glass of water.
Warnings: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or taking any prescription medication, consult your health care professional before using this product. Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.
