Dosage/Instructions: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and take another 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before late afternoon or early evening meals, or before exercise, or as recommended by a physician. Do not exceed 4 capsules in any 24 hour period.
