Other Notes: For persons sensitive to the effects of xanthines (i.e.,caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants),start by taking only 1 capsule and do not exceed a total of 2 capsules per day. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heart beat.

Dosage/Instructions: Take two capsules of Estrin D with a full glass of water, 15-30 minutes before main meals. Not to exceed 2 servings in any 8-hour period. Do not exceed more than 6 capsules per day.
Warnings: This product contains a significantly potent xanthine (i.e., caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants) mixture, of about 200 mg per regular 2-capsule serving. Therefore, Estrin-D™ is not intended for use by pregnant or lactating women. Consult your physician before use, especially if you are sensitive to stimulants. For occasional use only. Not intended for use by persons under 40 years of age. WARNING: NOT FOR USE BY INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 years. DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT OR NURSING. Consult a physician or licensed qualified health care professional before using this product if you have, or have a family history of, prostate cancer, prostate enlargement, heart disease, low "good" cholesterol (HDL), or if you are using any other dietary supplement, prescription drug, or over-the-counter drug. Do not exceed recommended serving. Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects. Possible side effects include acne, hair loss, hair growth on the face (in women), aggressiveness, irritability, and increased levels of estrogen. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health-care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, blurred vision or other similar symptoms.
