Dosage/Instructions: Take 2 capsules 1/2 hour before each meal. For optimal benefit, drink eight to ten 8 oz glasses of water throughout the day and in conjunction with a healthy dietary and lifestyle plan. Products containing Vitamins A, D, E, and K should be taken at least 4 hours before or after taking this product.
Warnings: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Note: Chitosan is derived from shellfish. If you are sensitive or allergic to any form of shellfish, you may wish to avoid the use of this product or consult with a health care professional before using. This product is not intended for children under the age of 12 and for pregnant or lactating women.
