This formula provides: 1000mg of vitamin C per tablet, all in mineral ascorbate form so it's gentle on the stomach. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that plays a role in the normal maintenance and repair of connective tissue, and supports natural defense health. Citrus bioflavonoids, rutin and hesperidin-important co-factors that increase the activity of vitamin C. Essential minerals including calcium, magnesium, zinc and manganese along with a nutrient-rich sea vegetable complex for important cofactors.
