Niacin 100 mg
Niacin (vitamin B3) is found in dairy products, fish, poultry, lean meat, nuts and eggs. Cereal, enriched bread and legumes also supply some niacin. Niacin is important in assisting in the functioning of the digestive system, skin and nerves. It also assists in the conversion of food to energy. Niacin deficiency causes pellagra. Symptoms include inflamed skin, digestive problems, and mental impairment.

Dosage/Instructions: As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime or as directed by a healthcare practioner.
Warnings: Niacin may cause a temporary flushing of the skin, characterized by warmth and itching.
