Nature's Herbs Wild Countryside Sarsaparilla (smilax) is a tropical root harvested from its natural wild environment in Mexico. Sarsaparilla, long valued for its large roots, was once widely used in root beer, and is still used today to flavor beverages, candies and baked goods.
