Goldenseal is sold as an immune booster and antibiotic to be taken at the onset of a cold. It aids in digestion and constipation. Good for skin inflammations such as eczema. As a mouthwash, can help prevent gum disease. May relieve discomfort caused by ulcers when used wwith myrr. Has antiinflammatory action that can soothe irritated mucose membranes.Rubbed on the skin, goldenseal is a folk remedy for skin ailments including eczema, ringwor, and other inflammations.

Dosage/Instructions: As an occasional dietary supplement, take 3 capsules 3 times daily.
Warnings: This herb can raise blood pressure and should not be used by anyone with a history of high blood pressure. Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use for more than two weeks at a time.
