Folic Acid is part of the B-complex family and plays a role in energy production, red blood cell formation, protein metabolism, RNA/DNA synthesis, cell division and replication, and tissue growth and offers support for nervous system health, immune response, blood health, depression, anxiety, uterine cervical dysplasia, embryonic and fetal nerve cell formation and the prevention of birth defects.
