Called Doctor’s Choice, the products contain unique blends of vitamins, minerals and herbs that work synergistically to meet the needs of the individual. Doctor’s Choice for 45+ Women™ was formulated with one major health issue in mind—menopause. Menopause affects 1.5 million women a year and can dramatically alter a woman’s nutritional needs. Doctor’s Choice for 45+ Women contains higher doses of calcium to compensate for the extensive losses women experience during and after menopause. Older women also need higher amounts of vitamin D and magnesium to help ensure calcium absorption. Doctor's Choice for 45+ Women™ provides a full range of essential vitamins and minerals to meet women's special nutritional needs. This formula includes extra calcium and iron, B vitamin complex, and herbal extracts such as chaste tree berry.
Osteoporosis affects middle aged and older persons. A lifetime of regular exercise and a healthy diet that includes calcium builds and maintains good bone health and may reduce the risk of osteoporosis later in life. Daily intakes above 2,000 mg are not likely to provide any additional benefit to bone health.

This formula includes antioxidants, Lutein, and non-GMO soy for menopausal and postmenopausal women.
Size: 180 Tablets
Dosage/Instructions: Six tablets daily. Can be taken as two tablets with each meal.
Warnings: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call your physician or a poison control center immediately. If pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription drugs, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
